For better skin and weight loss, one's best aid is water. Our

Go beyond drinking the recommended eight (nine for women)
glasses of water a day. Instead, be sure to drink at least
half your weight in ounces of water a day. Remember, there is
no substitute to drinking water.
Get your groove on
It is important to engage in consistent physical activity. Be
sure to maintain a variety so you don't get bored with your
routine. Also, it is just as important to remember not to over
do it. Exercising for more than an hour a day will result in
body chemistry imbalance that even speeds up the aging
process.
Moderation on regularity is key. Also, don't allow yourself to
get bogged down by the age-old excuse of not having time for
exercise. Just consciously decide to be more active, opting to
stand rather than sit, or walk rather than ride, whenever
possible makes a whole world of difference to your health.

Next, be sure to eat a balanced variety of healthy food that
promotes health before weight loss. Nutrients and vitamins are
needed by our body's bio-chemistry that promotes higher

proper choice of food.
Catch some Rs and Zs
Lack of sleep and relaxation wreaks havoc on the body's
hormones essential for fighting fat. Because of this, it is
important to get enough sleep and to hit the sack at a
reasonable hour. Not only will this help your body fight fat,
this will also help you fight fatigue.
Fatigue or stressed individuals also tend to gain weight and
keep because in this agitated state, our bodies produce
substances that make us store fat even from the littlest
amount of food. This is why it is important to keep that
harmonious balance among our physical, mental and emotional
health.
